Shipping Policy

• Service coverage: Shipping is available across India to serviceable pin codes via trusted courier partners.
• Dispatch time: Ready‑to‑ship items are dispatched within 1–2 working days after order confirmation and payment verification.
• Delivery timelines: National and within‑state deliveries typically arrive within 4 working days from dispatch for serviceable locations. Remote or ODA areas may take longer.
• Personalized products: For items made from customer photos, production time is separate from courier time; dispatch occurs after artwork/print approval and manufacturing (usually 1–3 working days), then 4 working days for delivery. These items are made‑to‑order and non‑returnable except for transit damage or manufacturing defects.
• Order processing days: Working days are Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after cut‑off (typically 12:00 PM) are processed the next working day.
• Shipping charges: Calculated at checkout based on weight/volumetric weight, destination pin code, and courier service; free shipping promotions, if any, will be displayed at checkout.
• Tracking: Tracking details are emailed/SMSed upon dispatch; status updates may take up to 12 hours to reflect on the courier portal.
• Undeliverable shipments: In case of incorrect address, unreachable contact, or refused delivery, the shipment may return to origin; re‑shipping can be arranged after address confirmation and payment of re‑shipping charges.
